Q:How do you get my photos/videos?

    A:If you live in the San Diego area, we would love to meet with you to discuss your video 
          creation. At that time we can collect the videos/photos, and music for your video    
          creation.
                                        
          If you live outside of San Diego, we ask that you mail us your videos/photos/music, or
          email them, and the cost to return your items and video is on us! 
          (terms and conditions agreed upon prior to shipment)


Q:What is the turnaround time for a project?

      A: Depending on the package chosen, turnaround times can vary. We will work with you to
            make sure your video creation is at your door within a time needed by


Q:How do I select my music?

      A: You can use any music you choose for your video. Music does need to be provided by    
            you,  in it's orginal format. You can send us your music along with your photos.


Q:Can I add features to my project later on?

      A:Yes. If there is enough time to allow for the change, we can add features to    
            your project as long as time permits.

Q:How invloved can I be?
      
      A:We love to have you involved in as much of your project as you wish. Remember you  
            know yourself and your family the best, so lets capitalize on it!!!
